KUCCPS course choices and Higher Education Financing (HEF) applications open once a year and close on fixed dates. We help students and parents get them in correctly.
What we can do
- KUCCPS course application and revision
- HEF portal applications (scholarships and HELB loans)
- Scanning and uploading supporting documents
- Printing admission letters and forms
What to bring
- 01KCSE (and KCPE) index numbers and exam years
- 02Student's ID or Maisha card, if 18 or over
- 03Admission number and letter
- 04Parents' and two guarantors' ID numbers and phone numbers
Good to know
- Funding results are decided by the HEF/HELB system, not by us.
- The phone number must be registered in the student's own name.
